www.lincstrust.org.ukViews are being sought from the community about the future of people, food and nature in the Lincoln and Witham Landscape Recovery area.
A partnership (funded by DEFRA) of farmers and other land managers (including Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust) are working together to plan long-term and large-scale change in the Witham and Lincoln area focusing on:
· Wild-life rich habitats – by creating new spaces for nature and farmland that is more nature-friendly across the landscape
· Protected sites – by enhancing existing places for nature and connecting them up to wildlife corridors
· Net zero farming – by supporting farming businesses to reduce emissions and create more opportunities for carbon storage
· Thriving communities – that are connected to green spaces and wildlife and are able to take action for nature in their own communities
Drop-in on Monday 25th August at the Whisby Nature Park to complete the questionnaire or visit the website -
